Community Health Services Group (CHS)

The Community Health Services Group (CHS) currently has 38 member counties and agencies. The MnCCC CHS User Group owns and manages PH-Doc. The CHS group works closely with the Minnesota Department of Health on all of our projects. PH-Doc is HIPAA compliant.

Meeting Schedule

The CHS User Group will meet from 9 am to noon on the following dates*:

*Dates, times, and formats are subject to change depending on weather, pandemic status, and schedules for committee members. Please be sure to regularly check RSVP and update your attendance option accordingly to ensure a quorum and in-person counts for facility purposes.
